This game is really bad and uuh yeah I think that's all

This story of this expansion is a huge disappointment and fails to deliver in any fashion to the buildup of the Witness or the coming war that Bungie has given and teased in the material leading up to release. The story has god awful writing in both the aspects of dialogue and direction with the addition of what could be the most disliked character to date and absolutely ZERO explanation to what anything is, why it’s happening or what it does.

How the ♥♥♥♥ can a opening cutscene from an expansion released in 2015 (The Taken King) depict scale and situation better than one released 8 years later. Where’s the war at? This is supposed to be the last stand of humanity and it’s allies, where’s Caital’s ships or the Queen’s or anything else? The only 4 allied ships shown are guardian sized and get destroyed in the same sequence. Then oh then when you go to the tower you see an entire fleet of combined forces just sitting there, where were they at? But, the scenes including the Witness and the Traveler were 10/10

3/10 for this expansion so far though, hopefully the raid can redeem it

A game for absolute gigachads. An experience full of space trucking, exploding ice, crashing into planets, being burnt to a crisp by stars, but most importantly pure suffering and pain. In all truth Elite is like an abusive girlfriend that you will never leave because you love the way her voice echoes inside your head and haunts you in your dreams. The pure immersion that you experience - offered from the incredible visuals and godlike sound design - will keep you hooked to the endless gameplay loop of mindlessly hauling human cargo from starport to starport.

10/10 Would greatly recommend to masochists
