Had the same gameplay loop as Valheim and ship combat similar to Black Flag. Need some optimizing but I really like it. Would love an option to host a PVP server.

this shi is so peak its not even funny

Played in 2024, met with horrible optimization and a terrible gameplay loop. Decided to refund it.
Played again with the Winds of War update and was told that they improved the optimization.
Definitely not the case. Super unstable framerates and frame times with washed out and blurry textures. Typical UE5 jank.
Gameplay itself has definitely improved but still horrific to run at a consistent FPS.
Feels very similar optimization wise to Arma Reforger.

Allow 100-120 FOV. Game is so nauseating to play at 78.

1896 update kinda ruined the game ngl, new engine sucks, new ui sucks, game feels much more unstable, etc

Kinda reminds me of New World on launch, haven't had this much fun with an MMO in a minute
