Not of a fan of the base songs, but maybe I'll change my mind once I play more.

The game is really great, but I can't stress enough how much I dislike the "piece sentences together" Duolingo-style system. I acknowledge this is how you keep beginners playing, but this approach is so bland and ineffective. My positive review is for all the other game mechanics and minigames this game has to offer.

Without the Duolingo system this game would be an amazing tool for serious learners because it has spaced repetition, extremely fun and effective minigames, contextualized sentences, and a hover dictionary.

But again this is my personal opinion, I do recommend this game to everyone, although I don't particularly like some aspects of it.

As a Christian, I cannot recommend this game to fellow believers.

I love Astral Party, it's so so heartbreaking to watch the game I love being destroyed by Chinese laws. The server separation took 90% of the playerbase away...

Aside from the cute and funny aspects, the game is actually really fun. It needs to be optimized though, like, it should be priority number 1.
