I will start of to say I was hyped about this new "Saga" series.
I'm no longer hyped, and I've lost all faith in upcoming titles.
The bugs currently make the game close to unplayable.
Ai can't declare war on player as it is now... so if you don't get any allies there's no risk of getting attacked.
The Ai will just run into your territory, stand next to a settlement for 1-3 turns then run back.
Next one has to do with the food. For some reason if I count how much I should get from my building tooltips, then go to look how much my buildings actually give me in the overview, it's a lot less. So magically dissapearing food. I'm well aquainted with the game and its mechanics so far, and believe me when I say I haven't overlooked anything when it comes to the food.
Another one would be the combat Ai... Their horse generals always stand back to the right of their army. Don't even run away from charging spear units. So.. instant win against ALL horse generals.
That's the three most major bugs I've run into so far.
Then we got the problem with the cheating Ai... the amount of food they get from nowhere is HUGE. I thought this system was to cancel out some of the zergfest problems. They still run around with 15-20 stacks when they just got 2 settlements. (Mostly played on HARD)
Oh, another thing would be desyncs on multiplayer. Not as common as in some previous titles, but they are still there.
I would not recommend this game unless they fix ALL these things I've stated. And I seriously doubt they ever will.
This is like a really cheap copy of Atilla. With more gamebreaking bugs
