V OK dude, I watched a bit of it. Here are some things you need to improve:

- The lag. Seriously, it's pretty bad and I would recommend NVIDIA shadowplay as your recording software as it has no dip in performance for you.

- The quality. You should probably go up to 720p or 1080p soon enough as 360p is fine, but kinda pixelated. Again, use shadowplay as you can set your quality up to 4K.

- The microphone. I would recommend either getting a headset microphone or a desk microphone. A good headset microphone would be the ModMic 5 and a good desk mic option would be the Blue Snowball iCE with a pop filter so you can get better voice quality.

I hope these tips help and sorry if the criticism is a bit rough at times.
