Yes it has its release issues, but look past that and you see a great sequel to a great series.

The first act of the game is really tedious. I was honestly disappointed when I was playing it. However, Act II came around and that's where it really picks up. Tons of side missions, gangs to fight, things to buy. I am currently on ACT II having a great time with it.
