I loved the original Kane&Lynch when I first bought it for the xbox 360. I had never bothered with the sequel since I kept hearing so many negative opinions
Whoo boy were they right.
The original game had a fairly interesting story to it and the action scenes were fun. From escaping a robbing a bank to rappeling down a skyscraper, it had me feeling like I was playing the video game version of 'Heat'. This game felt like a nonstop series of hallways and alleyways. Hallways in apartments, hallways in warehouses, hallways in airports.
The one thing I did enjoy about this game was the whole handicam aesthetic. Its gimmicky and I had to turn off the shakycam sprinting but otherwise I liked the muddy noises and visual artifacts. Too bad it didnt cover up all of the awful bugs in this game.

Id definitely recommend lubing up before playing this game
