You know the game is insane when im 70h in and only got done with act 1 while making said act not feel repetative anywhere

I think i finally figured out why i dont like the game (Well besides all of the AI stuff)

AOH 2 Was the perfect amount of Simplicity. It had some challenge to it so it wasnt just a map painter but it wasn't overtly complex meaning it was a great Second Screen Game to just have a casual strategy round. Now AOH 3 Implemented so many new mechanics and systems that it fell out of that comfort zone of being a casual strategy game. It sits somewhere between AOH 2 and EUIV its too complex to be a good casual game but too simple to rival Paradox games leaving it in this sort of Limbo where i think to myself that i could either play EUIV or AOH2 at that moment

Purple Lamp has done it again, they managed to recreated a game that was beloved by many back in the day and remaked it for both the nostalgics and newcomers alike without loosing a shred of what made the original game so beloved

A very neat 3D Modelling software which is so small you'd expect it to be able to run on something like the DS

One of the many times R* has screwed over this games online function. On the 17th of September 2024 R* has announced that they will be implementing BattleEye as a form of AntiCheat into GTA Online. This is much to the dismay of Steam Deck and Linux users such as myself. What rubs more salt into the wound is that BattleEye is fully compatible with Proton which can be seen in games like Arma 3 and Ark. For that compatibility to work the developer has to send a Email to BattleEye requesting to opt into the feature. R* in this case chose to not implement that Feature and instead lie on their FAQ claiming BattleEye is incompatible with Linux and the Steam Deck. R* has therefore sold a product under falls pretenses and then disabled the access to it which if not highly illegal is at the very least very scummy and immoral

Tl;Dr R* in sheer incompetence or malicious oblivience decided to make the Steam Decks 8th largest Game unplayable. Shame

Edit: So apperently not even 22 hours after the Anti Cheat implementation it has been reported that the Cheaters are back so thanks for nothing R*

This game is a fantastic extraction shooter with lots of love and care put into by the devs and it shows.

Beating community goal, fair microtransactions, a great sense of humor and satire just everything youd wish for in a modern game (and now with proper balance)

Game Companys take notice!
