I've played DR1, SDR2, and DR:AE, and I have to say that this is easily and by far my favorite Danganronpa game out of all of them. All the trials I found amazing, but the ending that many do not like is personally one of my favorite things in all of gaming (Don't spoil yourself). So yes, I recommend this game to the full extent. 10/10, would play again. Very up there in my favorites of all time.

Going to edit my review here. I love this game and it's up there in my favorites. It's visuals, setpieces, soundtrack, story, writing, and gameplay all blend together in a very evocative experience. Machinegames poured their hearts out in their detail of the game world. I found myself staring at hallways seeing just how well made and realistic the environments are. I loved just stopping and hearing side conversations, or reading various postcards and newspaper clippings around the world.

It's more than just "hahaha die facists". It's an amazing single player experience. I highly recommend it to anyone.

For the price, you get hours and hours of content. I'm 120 hours in and have barely only scratched the surface.

This is really up there as one of my favorite games of all times. If not, it is my favorite game. The game has a lot of unforgettable moments, and I keep finding myself coming back to it even when I have a plethora of other options. My first time playing was immediately dying and quiting, but I'm so glad I came back to it.

So yes, I do recommend this game. Always will.
