One of the most simplistic, it-just-werks things I've ever used. If you've tried Fullscreenizer and it isn't workin', this'll do the trick. Perfect for Phantasy Star Universe.

If you're willing to spend a little bit of time learning the game's idiosyncrasies and see what mods are available, you'll have a stellar time, whether it's designing increasingly complicated ships or trying to make it to space in survival. I've seldom enjoyed survival/crafting games as much as this, or, hell, most other games. I've put over 350 hours into this, and I generally play games I truly enjoy for about 50-ish hours. Give it a shot.

Few things to keep in mind, though:

Windows are wonky as hell; you'll wind up with gaps and lose air if you're not careful.

There aren't too many AI enemies in the game. You have drones, ships that are basically drones, wovles, and spiders. There's no AI-controlled men piloting ships and trying to stop you from boarding.

Always, always, always make sure everything is bolted down.

And most importantly, the game is very poorly optimized and will gobble up your RAM. The more gigs you have, the merrier you'll be in this game.
