you can make them start and stop at different speeds, just change the numbers in the sensors.
i have a 1x1x0.333 actuator on 1.4 speed accumulated with a 1.666x0.666x0.333 brick ontop of it facing outwards
every time the brick passes over the sensor it activates
can you try make this in time sensor?
