I talked to him personally he bought them (the fabricators) when the glitch first occurred during Gun Mettle when it was a few dollars, not later when the price inflated. People have wasted kits on unique cosmetics and crates so the only issue here is the trade locking (if you call it an issue).

Everyone below saying he "Killed" his unusuals, if you really think about it the only thing hes "killing" are the rare kits applied to them to be untradable in the first place, it was there decision to apply those items in such a way to make them have flavor text stating they are untradable.
