Amazing game. Old timey guns in an old timey setting with added zombie like flavoring.

Hunt: Showdown is PVE objective based with natural world PVP. This means that while players are completing PVE objectives, PVP can drop right onto your lap if you're not careful enough.

Your actions in each match have to be methodical and deliberate because of the combined unforgiving nature of slow action weapons (revolvers, bolt actions, etc.) and large damage output of weapons. Many weapons are capable of one shot headshot at close to medium ranges as well as two shot center mass.

Once past Blood Rank 16 you will begin to put your hunter (your player character) on the line. Death means losing the hunter as well the equipment on the hunter. This provides a unique experience in PVP where there is a certain value depending on your loadout that will be potentially lost.

Hunt: Showdown provides a unique PVP feel that is not offered in many other games. If you are the type to enjoy this type of intense gameplay; each match will have you coming back for more.
