Imagine Stalker and Escape From Tarkov mushed together but kinder to the player...Oh and raptors. There is so much I like about this game:

- You decide how you start, you could start in the Tutorial place, Observatory or another base,
- Factions with quests you can do,
- You have to manually walk to each location,
- Guns are fun to collect and use,
- Scavenging is fun,
- Movement is very fluid,
- Monsters and other entities are interesting to investigate,
- Night time is scary,
- Character customisation is great,
- You can sell stuff to buy better gear (brain like funny money number go up),
- There's lore which is really interesting,
- You can customise the colour of the UI and HUD, I have a pink HUD and UI! :D

Now the only "bad" thing I can say about the game is that the taskbar icon for it is the Unreal Engine logo. That's it, super knit-picky and doesn't even matter.

I even went out of my way to join the devs Discord server just to compliment them directly on how good this game is already, I can't wait to see what's next for it :)

Gameplay is fun, progression system is good, I really enjoy playing it.

I'm also biased because I'm a furry :D

Really fun little game, love the gear, character design, gear design, world design, the graphics in general are a nice throwback to Rayman and other older titles, and the combat is fun too. Even 9 hours in, I'm still having lots of fun. Great job :)

Edit (One more time!): Vinyls have been added, physics have been adjusted so it makes more sense with car handling now and it's genuinely enjoyable :)

Edit (Again): AI is way too tough to actually enjoy the game.


EDIT: As of 06/09/24 they adjusted the economy, Elite races can be done again after 15 minutes instead of 1 hour and payouts for everything have been increased and the price of pretty much everything has been reduced.

(Original review) Has potential.

Good:
- Lots of cars
- Lots of customisation
- Great environment
- Generally fun to play

Bad:
- Economy sucks (I was grinding for 4 hours to get 100K credits, which was all instantly blown on an ECU and turbo, and that was also using a car from the deluxe pack which was free)
- AI racers are aggressive and too fast
- No livery (Is planned but no ETA)
- Unoptimised (I get about 100FPS in the city at 2K resolution, max graphics on a 13700KF, 32GB of DDR5 RAM at 6200MHz and a 4090)
- Endgame looks rubbish (14 Elite races all with a one hour cool down, why can't we just replay all the races like every other racing game?)
- Elite coins are rubbish (one of the upgrades was 20 Elite coins, completing one Elite race gives you one Elite coin. Those Elite races are all on one hour cool downs. That's 20 hours for one car part)

Imagine a mobile game being ported to PC and the microtransactions removed but no changes made to economy. This is how it feels.

Double the money earned from races, make Elite coins easier to get and release liveries and this could be a really good game.

Bought this a few years back on the Nintendo Switch and seeing how far it's come over the years and how much passion the devs have with this game, I had to buy it again for PC.

There's so many improvements that have been made to the game, it now feels totally different and it's even more fun to play now.

In a time where triple A games are cash-grab disappointments, indie developers that put passion and love into their games really shine through. This game and its dev team are perfect examples of people who have a passion for creating games and providing players with a great product they'll love.

Only played it for an hour so far and here's what I think

- Cat is cute as heck
- Emotes are amazing
- Humour in the dialogue is brilliant
- He can wear hats! He's too cute!
- Environment looks great
- SO MUCH TO EXPLORE

I'm so glad I bought this game, I'm definitely going to 100% it :D

Lmao Snoy backpedal

Gameplay is a bit odd but the music, environment and puzzles are brilliant. The ending alone is well worth buying the game no doubt. Absolute masterpiece for those that enjoy the vaporwave genre.

Gameplay is fun, general design looks fantastic, movement for tricks is brilliant, story makes you want to see more constantly and the music is absolutely sick.

Very glad I bought this game, now to 100% it :D
