Hey, I saw your question on the FoG group page (How do I earn credits?) and here is my answer. It may not be exact as this is going by memory.

You can get infinite points a day, 1 per 15 captures, 1 per 15 wins, 1 per 15 kills(?) When the server is less than half full, you get two for each.
