dunno, never done it since the constant overheal never appealed to me and i like juggling multiple targets
a big part of tf2's combat nuance is the baseline kill thresholds, so the free overbuffed health you get on spawn in MGE messes pretty much everything up, especially if both players are on different classes
the arenas are also all very verticality-centric too, so scout and soldier is all you can train effectively
mindless surf deathmatch basically is my MGE ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
