Ubić jajka z odrobiną soli. Dodać mąkę, wlać mleko i wodę. Dokładnie wymieszać i sprawdzić, czy ciasto ma dobrą konsystencję, podnosząc łyżkę pionowo – powinno spływać i jednocześnie pokrywać powierzchnię łyżki. Smażyć naleśniki na płaskiej patelni na klarowanym maśle.
