Great game, I've come to call it my "Gamblers' Drug"

Good Game

Good game, great memories.

Honestly, there are few games i find....to be good stress relievers. One of the first games to use the havoc engine (or so i read from official site), where you can demolish everything brick by brick. this trait alone made it nice, but thats the beginning. the weapons you are able to find and make (from salvage you get by destroying various objects and building) range from basic to jaw-dropping with most everything in between.

yeah, the multiplayer-side is practically dead, but the single-player option is more than enough for me.

also, the devs are deservse some praise, not for the game, but customer-wise. I ended up losing my keycode for the disk version (the one for the now extinct "microsoft gameing"), so i went to them and told my case. I sent a photo of my physical copy, and they sent me a steam key for my troubles. In my eyes and experience, most game devs shrugged me off, or basically refused to help. So to find one willing to send me a steam key to replace my physical copy....that really made my day. plus they somewhat recently made a new patch.
