Funny thing, this game 'did' have an english client.
I wonder why they wouldn't allow for an English Patch.

I guess it's not really marketed toward English players as I had to find this game through other means. Literally by stumbling upon it. Searching 'C21' on google or even on Steam does not give any results for this game. I understand that this game was less successful than Cosmic Break and that they don't view at something worth placing resources into.

Much like the result for GetAmped 2. Very sad CyberStep keeps finding itself in these new ventures.

They should realize their monetization tactics destroy their games. Each one of their games are very well made and could use better balancing when it comes to PvE content, but PvP is always very goofy/wild/fun.

I'm a veteran GetAmped 2 ENG player and I just wish they'd realize they don't need their odd monetization tactics that are predatory in nature. Much moreso than Fortnite.

It's a lot worse when you're actually gambling instead of buying the content upfront.

_______________

TL;DR

Give this game a try if you want something unique. It has that to offer.
CyberStep never fails to deliver in that sense.

CyberStep is VERY predatory in their Gacha Monetization Model. I hope they come to change this.

As a Game Designer:

I recommend this game, but i will say that playing in multiplayer is oddly off-putting.

One of the major things I'd like to point out is pacing.
Once you enter multiplayer, the pacing of the game is much like that of Warframe.
You are suddenly thrusting your way through levels, you would normally find difficult.
While, in retrospect, that makes perfect sense.
In a game design aspect, it's actually extremely detrimental to the overall game feel.

Suggested Fixes:
*** If anything, please please please PLEASE update the character model to take up less space in the game world.

* Polish character movement and animations.
* Add cosmetics, for multiplayer appeal.
* More player characters
* More enemy types

***** PLEASE BALANCE MULTIPLAYER *****

When I pick up item, the game stop.

But it's fun, I'm also playing pokemon while I wait for queue times and the game to respond to my actions.

I'm recommending this game. Though I'd wait for a sale. Here's why.

Before reading the rant below, Steam's definition for this game is "No Man's Sky is a game about exploration and survival in an infinite procedurally generated universe."

Does No Man's Sky accomplish this? Yes.
Does it exceed it? Debatable.
Is this game aesthetically appealing and immersive? Yes. For a 3D game.
Would I place this over StarBound, Terraria, or Minecraft? Currently, No.
Why? Read the rant.

For all of you defending Hello Games.
18 Quintillion Planets.
Large Player-Base is no-lifing this game to get ahead and they haven't hit anything perculiar or worth mention over anything else.

Minecraft and Starbound have more content than this.
Starbound has Gas Giants, a gas giant is a planet without any solitary ground.

From what I've picked up, No Man's Sky's planets are way too forgiving with the amount of nodes they have lying around for you to conveniently keep everything powered. Even the planets with 'no atmosphere' or are 'barren' have nodes that you are able to find with just a few steps.

That's not a challenge and not something that says, "Hey, get with it, you need to fight for survival. There are predators hunting you down with heightened scenses that need to eat."

Minecraft is surprisingly more engaging than this.
You also have to remember the game was delayed for months and almost a year.

WHERE DID THAT TIME GO?
As a Game Designer, that is highly unacceptable.. and then you ask for 60$?
No! Get out of here.

Hello Games' approach was way too confident and cryptic to lead us on for some borrowed assets. This isn't a school project you turn in last minute for a grade. This is your lives and dreams and aspirations. What I see here does not reflect a team that really had a vision they bled to reach. It looks like they gave up when it became 'good enough'.

Alright.. this game feels like an actual successor to Ragnarok Online.
I'm only judging it based off of the general feel and map graphics (including the emotes and monster behavior is almost identical).

TOO BAD Tree of Savior is becoming Green Light and coming soon to NA nexon.. otherwise, I would have taken a bit more advantage of this game.

One thing it does not have that RO was stapled for, is a large class system. It only has 8.. which is mediocre in the league of RO and especially ToS.

As far as the game AUTOMATICALLY shoving premium benefits in my face as soon as I start... and the extremely limited bag space along with some poor character customizations. I'd probably say this game is good for someone who doesn't want a Korean Styled MMORPG as their go to MMO or first MMO. It's good for what it is, not being too demanding on the PC for requirements.. yet it doesn't have it what takes for more exciting and up-n-coming F2P's that's going to be booming the market even more later this year.

I would post this review as a neutral.. but.. I can't. So I'm upvoting for the RO references.
