So it seems that the latest trend on r/globaloffensive is to make fun of G2 PLAYER SmithZz. It feels like whenever I come here there will be posts and videos criticising him and putting him down. And the sad thing is, it's not just a couple of people, but it feels like the majority of the sheep on here are just jumping on the SmithZz hate bandwagon. This is a guy who is following his passion of playing counter strike professionally, and has dedicated so much time and effort into this and pursuing it as a career, literally all he wants to do is win with his team, and what does he get for it? Every single day he has to deal with so called "fans" criticising his performance and hating on him. Do you not understand the effect that all this bullying would have on a person? Can you imagine the stress and pressure that puts on a guy? No wonder he hasn't been playing his best. He doesn't deserve this hate, no one deserves to be bullied. For those that think that its just light banter and nothing serious, it's actually gotten to the point where Smithzz felt that he had to make a statement literally defending himself and his position in the team. So yes he's well aware of this criticism against him in the community. Furthermore, I'd just like to add that it's not just the people making the posts, but also the people upvoting these posts and videos literally putting him down that are the ones that are supporting this bullying behaviour which is just unacceptable. Anyway I'm done ranting, Smithzz, if you read this just know that you have my support, I hope you make it through this and just keep trying your best man, good luck in the future.
