-fix csgo mic goes to 100%
type in console for 80%:
voice_mixer_volume 0.8

-Fix ipd value popping up
This changed in the Steam VR update (1.8.19)

The CSS file responsible for the the ipd popup is now found in the file
...SteamVR\resources\webinterface\dashboard\css\systemui.css

Search for ".IPDParent" and change the property "visibility" from "visible" to "hidden".
