Starts off strong but is quickly derailed (both literally and metaphorically). It's not bad per se, but almost everything in it is just slightly off, annoying, or makes you confused as to what the developers were thinking. Feels more like a Resident Evil knock-off rather than an official entry in the series.

RE3RE has the unfortunate position of being a sequel to a better game AND a remake of a better game. This makes it extremely difficult to review it positively, not because it's not good, but because it's surrounded by better games on all sides. Any comments I might have aren't based on RE3RE alone, they're comparison based.

At the end of the day it is a high quality product that was most likely (definitely) rushed and cut down to meet a deadline. It's good. It's just not the crown jewel it deserves to be.

(I will note that there's an unfortunate lack of puzzles however. :( )

It's not good, it's not even mediocre if I'm being honest, but the soundtrack is fire and it single-handedly carried me over the finish line.

To be honest, it's pretty generic and it's not going to win any awards for its gameplay but I loved the 3D style and presentation of this game. So much so that I finished it in one go, which rarely happens.

Nah, I'm good. Would've been a 5/10 anyways.

It's like eating french fries. You get 9 perfectly serviceable little stories, you eat them, enjoy them, and forget them forever. Some of the puzzles are pretty cool. The HOG segments require PRECISE clicks though.

Generic hidden object game #239. Nothing of note to even say. It's just boring. HOG scenes are usually drab and everything blends together too much.
