Believe it or not, I simply just unsubscribed and subscribed again and then it suddenly started to work. But you could try doing this:
- Unsubscribe the mod.
- Delete any associated in your Garry's Mod folder.
- Start the game and check if you've uninstalled it correctly, then exit.
- Subscribe again.

I can't guarantee this'll work, but atleast give it a try.
