Great game

this is exactly what a sequel should be

Nice game 3/5
The characters are great and memorable, the story is dark and different than the other gta games with political messages and nice flow. HOT TAKE, i liked both the graphics and the driving. Graphics hold well (played everything on ultra)

HOWEVER
The varieties of cars and npc are very low (but its a game from 2008 so i give it a pass), the character customization is terrible even compared to San Andreas that came out 4 years earlier than this. The biggest minors of the game for me are the lack of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ checkpoints, making you repeat the entire mission if you fail and the bugs that even though they werent many still ruined some moments (Rockstar its been 17 years, fix the helicopter bug)

Great videogame highly recommend it
I've had a lot of fun playing. The stealth and knife mechanics make the game 10x better. In a lot of ways it reminded me of Metal Gear Solid V

My only in game complaint is the map that facing where Leon is looking at and therefore isnt still. This makes some treasures and medallions a little tilting at some points (you can fix this by pressing ALT every time you open the map but its neither a default option to choose nor does it stay like that).

My second and final complaint is not really about the game specifically but rather for Steam. In order to 100% the game you have to buy the Separate Ways dlc pack because there is an achievement for it. Steam really needs to start separating the achievements and learn some stuff from Sony and their great trophy system to make it for engaging for us.

All in all the game is amazing story wise, gameplay wise and performance wise. My RTX 3060 12GB was running it at Ultra settings + rt with constant steady 60 fps
