Haha. Well I cannot find it when I click Create Animation set for new model and look in 'workshop' I can't find the models.

Hehe, sorry. The "can't find it" section was meant for the Garry's Mod version, because I totally copy-pasted the description. :P

Anyhow, can you find any of the files listed at the bottom of the description in your SourceFilmaker's usermod folder? (via looking at folders outside SFM).
