I always thought there could never be a better game that is similar to minecraft. While both are superior in their own ways. Terraria has a lot going for it. Tons of fun weapons, challenging boss fights, and great fun for friends. The best part about terraria though is the ranking of weapons and armor. Since some armor has completely different effects, going back to weaker armor has it's benifits such as armor that shoots at enemys, regenerates health, etc. Weapons late in the game are very different, whether it is a weapon that does poison, acts as a boomerang, recovers health, etc. They all contribute deeper aspects of not throwing out your weaker weapons and armor for better ones, but to feel you didn't waste your time. Terraria has a lot of attension given to it with thousands of enemys, items, gameplay mechanics that you can see a well developed game has a lot of interest put into it. I recommend you get Terraria and try the multiplayer, it is a blast.
