Game is pretty good, i'd say it needs more content tho. Once you played it , it becomes kinda difficult to find stuff to do.

Positives:
Unique Concept: Playing as a potato with guns? Yes, please! The concept is both hilarious and unique, which sets Brotato apart from other roguelikes. It’s fun to see how this wacky idea translates into actual gameplay.

Fast-Paced Action: The game is super fast-paced, which keeps the adrenaline pumping. The waves of enemies come at you rapidly, and the action never really slows down. It's perfect for quick gaming sessions. ⚡

Variety of Weapons and Upgrades: There are tons of weapons and upgrades to experiment with. Whether you want to be a melee brawler or a ranged sharpshooter, Brotato gives you the tools to play how you like. Mixing and matching different weapons and upgrades can lead to some wild and unexpected combinations.

Replayability: Thanks to its roguelike nature, each run feels different. The random elements and variety of builds you can create keep the game fresh and encourage you to play “just one more run.”

Humor and Charm: The game doesn’t take itself too seriously, and that’s a good thing. The humor, quirky art style, and charmingly absurd premise make Brotato a joy to play. The little touches, like the potato’s expressions and the goofy enemies, add a lot of character.

Negatives:
Difficulty Spikes: The game can have some pretty steep difficulty spikes, which might be frustrating for some players. Sometimes it feels like you’re cruising along, only to hit a wave that obliterates you out of nowhere. Balancing can feel a bit off at times.

Repetitive Gameplay: While the game is fun, it can get repetitive after extended sessions. The core loop is engaging, but without significant variation in objectives or environments, it might feel a bit grindy for some players after a while.

Lack of Story: If you’re looking for a deep narrative, Brotato doesn’t really offer that. The game is all about the action and gameplay, so if you need a story to keep you engaged, you might find it lacking. 📖

Limited Enemy Variety: The enemies, while funny and quirky, can start to feel repetitive. There’s a decent variety, but more unique enemy types or bosses could add a lot to the game.

UI and Controls: The user interface and controls can feel a bit clunky at times. Navigating menus and understanding all the upgrades and items could be streamlined a bit more for a smoother experience. Sometimes, the controls don’t feel as tight as they should, especially in such a fast-paced game.

Like it! But it has its clear flaws and strenghts.

Strenghts:
-The graphics are a massive improvement over the first one.
-Kelvin is a nice addition that I have never seen in any other survival game.
-The building aspect of the game is insane, it's not even comparable between the two games.
-Long day and night cycles (For me thats a pro)
-Insane atmosphere!
-really scary and dark
Flaws:
-Kelvin can't sleep
-Meat on fire is getting brown to quickly
-Sometimes, it's a buggy mess
-Hunger thirst and sleep feel irrelevant and dont even cause you any problems.
-A lot less survival book building options that were in the first game like the log carrier.
-Some of the enemies dont even attack
-Poor optimisation
-Poor translation for other languages

So far these are most of my complaints and I gotta say it's really not that bad for early acces.
But I am 100% certain these developers are good guys and will bring the game to the standarts of the first one.
So yes pls buy the game and tell them your wishes and I am certain they will make the game even better.
