Being honest, Risk of Rain is already one of my favorite games, so this is already biased.
This is fantastic, it takes the original and makes it even better. The updated art is so great, and the music of Chris Christodoulou just pairs so perfectly yet again.
My favorite part though, is that with the new enemies and art, it feels like a new game, but with the old familiar feel and controls [that may just be called nostalgia, not exactly sure, not gonna look it up].
The new trials are excellent, love them.
The little details too, like the skins and old & classic setting, are just fantastic

Bought it 'cause of the weird title, not disappointed.
Great gameplay, and a great music track for the game.

Plus, trying to figure out the achievement hints was a good mystery to solve.
