The game itself is fantastic and fun. But Embark's support is lacking.

While playing the game with friends on Friday night I was having some issues, so decided to restart the game. After restarting, the game forced me to re-link my Steam account with my Embark account. After doing that, my account in The Finals was reset. I was no level 1, I lost all of my progression, Twitch drops, and beta rewards. Worst of all, I lost $100 worth of premium currency and the battlepass that I had purchased. I emailed support and asked for help and never heard back. I went into their Discord and when I ask about it, I get spammed with "Skill Issue" and other nonsense.

So, while the game itself is awesome, my desire to play it after losing $100, is completely gone.
