This has to be one of the absolute worst anime mmo adaptations I have ever played. Takes inspiration from Genshin, Blue Protocol, etc. but somehow manages to make it even worse than both. Gameplay adds nothing new and is fairly clunky compared to the above other games. Game barely manages to run maxed out at 60 fps with no DLSS, FrameGen, etc. options period. Ran into my fair share of bugs and glitches in just an hour... I guess overall what did we expect from NetMarble + UE5?

I had hoped this was the Remaster we waited for. Unfortunately, it is not. They removed many things that made the original Sacred 2 what it is (even today). Where are all the keybindings the original had? I have to use middle mouse forcibly to turn the camera left and right? (I prefer keybinding and using manually rather than auto or middle mouse as it gives me motion sickness sometimes). I honestly can't believe this Remaster has as many crashes/bugs as the original game or even more. It states the combat and feel of the game has been changed, however the only change I notice is that it feels way more sluggish in this Remaster than it did in the original game. Maybe if they listen to community feedback and fix it within a few years I'll come back, but for right now it's just not what it should be and therefore I'll just play Sacred 2 Gold with community patches.

Same as others have explained. They collected data WITHOUT user consent. Then got busted and tried to "save grace" by adding in a EULA you HAVE to accept to even play the game. Tons of others games have an EULA you have to accept, but a SEPARATE data collection agreement that lets you either Accept or Deny, it's your choice. This game does not give you a choice how your data is collected, shared, etc. and that alone I refunded and will not support this company.
