I genuinely dont agree with peoples takes about this game being a cheap ROR2 or gunfire reborn clone.

This game stands on its on merits as a lewd third person action rougelite with really good multiplayer functionality that just keeps getting better because these devs are in the discord with the community and they read the feedback.

It has really fun character abilities so far, good character designs, and alot of costumes. Most are DLC but there are some great unlockable ones in game. Has a customizable difficulty as well to help with progression.

I personally think all action rougelites have a "big ass empty stage" problem but they have to be big and empty so they can fit all the chaos of the enemies and later levels so thats just a me thing. i still think these stages are pretty and interesting though i really cant wait for more.

It controls nice and theres a rest area between levels so you can take an actual break and do some DPS testing on your builds lmao.

I completely forgot to mention that the items are real fun imo and you can trade items with your teammates in multiplayer during rest areas for free. just click to drop. thats so got damn nice dude.

At the time of writing the review the game is on sale but i think the game is worth $10 ~ $15 USD early access just to support the devs so they can stay consistent. (I know you. you've spent more money on things worth way less.)
The game is like $8 or $9 USD outside of sales (at the time of writing).
Just buy it and have fun. Join the discord.
Buy a dlc skin or two to help the devs keep the lights on and we all benefit by getting more characters and costumes and content. :)

i used to play on ps4 then i got it some years ago on pc and only started playing daily last year again. its good, fun game. with some jank video game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

honestly this game has some of the funnest characters ive played in a fighting game in a long time. and some good ass lore too.
Super refined gameplay and shenanigan combos.
10/10 would play again.

the better version is the community version because its more up to date with the arcades in japan. and it also has online. this version is alot more behind than that one.
