Because they have to charge you for the oxygen you breath ever since you entered the clinic. They put you on a "per minute payment" plan.

Ahh they started leaving the pins in as extra service. That way you don't have to revisit the clinic anymore.

Acupuncture is not too bad honestly. They still left all the pins in me!
