The got that added you is known as a phising bot.
It sends a malicious links that when clicked on, it will download a malware file into your PC.

When the malware is downloaded onto your PC, it can steal all your information, including steam username and password. When you log into your email using your PC, it will also capture the email's username & password.

That's how you'll lose your account instantly. Please don't click on the link.

If you have clicked on it, run a antivirus scan and remove any files that wasn't downloaded by you.
