It feels like Overcooked but... worse?
Even playing on a controller as is preferred the controls are extremely floaty. Turning happens when you move, which means that placing items or choosing to interact with a specific item from a counter requires you to walk away from what you want and then walk back. Mopping was also extremely difficult because of this as you have to move right next to the mess to allow you to interact with it, but moving any closer causes you to slip and fall and drop the mop, requiring you to move to pick it up, and then try again. If you are moving at all when you let go of an item, it goes flying across the map, possibly hitting and damaging some of your equipment.
The UI shows up on everyone's screen even when playing online, making it extremely hard to see if I'm the one interacting or someone else (Which resulted in me holding to interact with a station while standing next to it and watching the bar fill to completion just to not actually have been doing it multiple times).
It is also extremely inconsistent in when you need to hold and when you need to tap. For instance building is just tap and then don't move while it completes, but mopping and other actions are hold.

Less of a big deal, but is annoying, is playing with friends. First, they require you to pick the same region, then you need to type in a 6 digit room code (while using a controller to move between letters rather than keyboard typing or copying). Then you get into the lobby and need to customise your character (it doesn't save customisation). Then you click to ready. Then you click to get off a boat. Then, all individually (so you need everyone to do every step before you even start the game) you walk over to the level, you click a button to select that level, you tap bumpers to select which stage of that level, and then you click a button to ready up for that stage of that level (and then it sends you into a menu that only the host can control).
That is 4 separate times you need to indicate that you are ready before you can play.

The missions want you to create mixed drinks and serve specific types, but you can also just stick things into the chest after using them. This leads to finishing the quests as soon as possible, and then removing as many choices from the menu as possible (just giving them one type of drink with no toppings). The game punishes being slow in delivering to a customer to the point that the time it takes to make a special drink looses you more points than the special drink rewards you (So it's much better to just make it impossible for them to order said drink by not placing down any machine other than the drink station). This difficulty is further compounded by the above, with even two different types of drinks causing problems since it is hard to pick which one you pick up from a counter if they are next to each other.

The various ships and enemies create a puzzling strategy game that is very fun to play.
