Buy a half baked game. Grind for resources to build a home and have some fun for 30 days. If you want to continue pay $10 a month for bare bones content, nowhere to build. very little to do. over $120 a month to just pick up clay and sticks. Stay away. Hours are low but played a lot not on steam prior to the launcher closing.

AT this time try to avoid. There is a game breaking bug that happens without warning. At some point when you save your game and some unknown bug occurs it breaks ALL SAVES. so you could spend 8 hours playing and lose it all without notice or spend 2 hours or even 20 hours who knows but clearly the devs dont

Ever wanted to be an old man selling weed riding a skateboard? Well now you can. I sunk over 5 hours into this and it was awesome. Demo is a lot of fun. I was dope pushing by night but by day time I was cleaning those streets of all the trash those filthy citizens leave everywhere. 10/10 would recommend

With the new devs taking over, there has been some QoL improvements and it is overall becoming a much better gaming experience. It has that nostalgic feel to it

I rarely leave reviews for games and that is because I am too busy playing them and having fun at what the game has to offer. I am thoroughly enjoying this game. If you're like me and read reviews to get an idea of what the player base is enjoying and not at least read a review from someone that has more than 20 hours played of this game because I can tell you right now the 25.4 hours (at time of this review) I have put into the game thus far and haven't even began to scratch the surface. I am not rushing through or watching guides or "Things i wish I knew" videos because I want to explore and enjoy and find out for myself and you should too if you choose to pick this game up.

I will say this its an early access game so keep that in mind when buying this game or looking to buy it. With that said I will say it is one of the better EA games I have played. It has elements of Valheim and Medieval Dynasty but also has its own spin on certain mechanics. Combat I laugh at people complaining about it, Clearly they haven't ever played Mount and Blade and it shows, the combat is almost identical. You aren't going to do a ton of damage hitting someone with your hilt. You are going to block hits if you angle your weapon their way. You are not going to be able to take on 3 bandits or 3 of anything by yourself. Take a companion with you.

25 hours in I was able to build a settlement with about 6 settlers plus myself that is fully self sufficient and I can focus on what I want to do. Levelling is like Bethesda type games where you have to use the skill in order to gain exp to level up. SAVE YOUR BOOKS and read them but make sure they finish before you die or you lose that book progress. That is the easiest and fastest way to level up and get better. Don't listen to people going on about how it all sucks and you cant hit anything or blah blah blah. Of course you can't you need to learn how and that is the levelling system here as you get better at combat it becomes way easier and you will be able to take on 3 Bandits if you know how to of course. It can be done but 3+ bring a companion with you and use a Bow and Arrow its more effective than trying to melee if you don't feel confident in your ability. There is room for improvement for sure and I cannot wait to see what that will look like but I will say this 25 hours in and I have only reached tier 2. Easily a 200 + hour game. Which is awesome in this day and age when a 40-60 hour game gets boring. Oh tip - Save your straps and get to tier 2 as fast as possible then do unlocks. That is all I will say. Enjoy the game and have fun exploring.

8/10 - Would recommended if you enjoy Early Access games.

Honestly its a lot better of a game than you would think. The PVE stuff is very fun and the action sequences are amazing to see on screen. You can get as many hours as you want out of it. You dont ever have to level up to the point of PVP stuff you can just live as a person in the town creating a production empire or just fish all the time. THe choice is yours.

Sit in a Q for an hour maybe less in heavy populated worlds. get in. Do what you want, log out. 10/10 would recommend

Honestly i was excited for the game, started playing it and realized that the game isnt as good as they hype it to be. When you get to the core of it, you unlock things very fast, then you get a bunch of monkeys to order around then craft and build structures that end up being meaningless. If you can pay $10 for it do it and get about 10-15 hours maybe of enjoyable gameplay. Anymore than that i wouldn't bother, unless these devs really add something more to this game i would wait for a sale.

Seems like a lot of fun, very grindy however when fighting bosses and mobs, need to be very strategic and each move counts, one false move can be disastrous to you

I didnt jump into this game expecting much because of some of the reviews I read and that i dont fully have 1Gb of dedicated video memory. however it more than impressed me. I reall enjoy the planet exploration and the feel for survival at the same time it starts off a bit slow because you are trying to gather everything in order to survive to start and some things in the crafting spot can be a bit confusing but a little light reading and you are on your way. you definitely want to read the tutorial if ou have never played this game follow what they are saying and asking and read everything that you have questions about in the PDa section of your Inventory as there is a Frequently Asked Questions section its definitely great. I find myself trying to stray from my base too much because i dont have any type of vehicle but it has to be done so make sure you build a vehicle quick so you can search for the ORES that are a must to find and obtain. I definitely like this game its why i went out the next day bought a Steam card and purchased it picked it for $12 CDN on sale from 20$ which is a fair price for the game. Plus there is a community workshop where you can get blueprints and designs of ships from other people which is also very cool. If i have to give this game a score i would 7.5/10 there could be some more things they can add and do but we will see. Very great game
