Ingredients:
-2 tbsp of tapioca flour
-1 Egg
-1 tbsp of yogurt
-pint of salt
-Cooking Oil
-Your filling of choice (in this recipe, chicken)
Tools:
-Frying Pan
-Small bowl (A bit bigger than a cereal bowl)
-Wooden spoon
-Oven (duh)
1. In your small bowl, add 2 tbsps of flour, 1 tbsp of yogurt, 1 freshly cracked egg, and a pint of salt. Mix thoroughly until mixed, this will be your base. Put oven on High, and spray the frying pan with cooking oil. Then, put your mixed base onto the frying pan, and even all its sides out, until not one side is bigger than the other. After your crepe has hardened a bit, flip it over, so the other side cooks, just like a pancake. Do this a few times till it gets nice and crispy. Once your crepe looks crispy enough, spread the filling to half of your crepe, in a semi-circle shape, then fold your crepe. Leave it for a while, then, Taa-daa! Your crepe is ready!
