Enjoyable merge of FPS and something like an ARPG.
The quests/PvE feels possible even for the worst of FPS players (myself).
The PvP in this game is enjoyable and sometimes strategy wins over raw mechanical skill so even an old man like myself can have fun.

The monsters themselves can be a bit buggy and you may encounter some cheaters but the overall feeling of the game is overwhelmingly positive.

It's decent

I love the amount of time you can sink into this game, and still not understand every little detail.
I love how the learning curve is actually how it should be, most people will never reach the true endgame (i still haven't) but the feeling you get when you complete a new step up the ladder is the most fulfilling I've gotten from any game.
Giant skill cap, but room for more casual stuff too, a true haven.

Everything Diablo II gave me, and so much more.
My best gaming experience of 2019 by a mile!
