The premise, the world building, and adventuring all seem good on the surface but ended up feeling flat.
I wanted to like and get to know the alters and Jan but ended up hating them.
Actively went out of my way to try and screw things up cause I had extra time twiddling my hands only for the technician to beat me to the punch.
The biggest let downs are the gameplay and the length of it. Too short and simplistic.
Luckily they let us screw everyone over with the botanist ending otherwise this would get a 2/10
For me this game is very middling and gets a solid 5/10.

Want to shoot some robots or aliens for some mindless fun? This game is for you. For democracy!

Great for pixel art. I've taken to using this over MSpaint finally.

Haven't completed the game yet, but its already my game of the year. There is just so much to do and none of it boring. Quiet immersive I might add.
Updating this to say my opinion has not changed. This game is great and I recommend it to anyone who likes medieval games.

A great game about some hard lived lives. I've had this game on and off my wishlist for quite some time and I just recently bothered to buy it. Hard recommend it if your still on the fence.

A classic times over. Never would've gotten into gaming if not for this one.

Killed off 2000 workers during a whiteout because of sickness with a medical ability only for the whiteout to end the next day. Stuffs great highly recommend.

Incredible story from beginning to end. The game engine leaves it feeling a bit dated but the gameplay and art make up for it.

A very challenging city management with a cool story to boot. Has a lot in common with frostpunk. If that's your jam this game is right up your alley.
