Buy this game! Especially when it's on sale.
PROS & CONS :
1. My favorite is how much there is to explore, so many caves, and little hideaway places, adventuring through the world you never know what crazy stuff you might find.
2. Overall pretty great graphics quality, especially if utilizing reshade
3. Everything always runs very smooth, I havent had the game crash a single time
4. Awesome FPS that doesnt take things to seriously
5. Its just lots of fun, and the multiplayer system that isn't to bad either
6. Lots of awesome percs, like being able to rig the car to explode as your walking away like a boss
7. Lots of funny little things and easter eggs accross the whole game

CONS:
1. As far as graphics i think they are awesome, for some reason i do get this weird problem that makes the gamma look like its set crazy high, but only in the morning time. Could be settings i have and not even the game though.
2.Compared to previous Far Cry games i find it extremely hard to liberate outposts undetected, if you shoot a guy with a silenced rifle or even a bow and theres any other guys within 100 foot radius they almost always will hear it and raise the alarm.
3. Have seen a few people having trouble accesing uplay in game recently, (All these people are using reshade though which i suspect is the reason why, so not really the games fault.)
4. Meh Guns to pick from, i like the guns but a bunch of them are the same gun just ever slightly different.
5. Multiplayer is a nice touch, but deffinately doesnt have a competivie/serious feel. Its more just screw around and have fun.

Summary: Great game and I love it. If you like shooting things, blowing stuff up, enjoy a real world, life like scenery, and appreciated other Far Cry games then you will like this. Most people posting bad reviews talk about how bad the cutscenes and story are. Well for starters why the hell did you buy a FPS game for a story? Far cry is not and has never been a full rpg story kind of game. The people that write reviews hating on the whole game because of the cutscenes/kidnapping thing are just lost causes, that apparently feel their gods and entitled to the universe. I dont like the kidnapping thing, it does get annoying i get it, but you actually can skip the actual cutscenes, you cant skip the little trial they usually make you do, but most if not all the "trial" things take a whopping 3 minutes or less. So grow the f*** up already. Hating on a whole entire game because it consumes 3 minutes of your life very infrequently, only because you wanted a "Story" in a FPS game. People also hating on the multiplayer, Ya its not the best by any means, but once again who the heck buys a Far cry game for FPS multiplayer? Ya the game has multiplayer, but its never been anything close to call of duty or battlefield. If you just wanted multiplayer why not buy those games? Lastly the whole limited weapon thing, When i first got this game weapon options were very limited, they probaly only had like 12 guns in total, but then 2 or 3 slightly extra slightly altered versions of those same guns. I am happy to say though the slight dissapointment of this is starting to faid. The developers actually seem to listen to its fan base unlike dumb a** Pubg. So the Far Cry devs had added a bunch of extra guns i think about 5 just in the past month or so. I see the Devs continuously adding content and improving the game per fans and followers requests, so I have very high hopes and trust that this game is only going to get better and better as people keep adding suggestions and ideas to the Devs.

Side note: Game is pretty Cpu heavy I have the minmum specd fx6300 and the recommended specd r9 290x. with stock cpu clocks i can see as low as 30fps on ultra settings. Doing a farely extreme 4.5ghz OC on all cores will allow me to see a very steady 55-60+ FPS on ultra 1080p, and thats with my gpu undervolted and underclocked 10% just because i dont like how hot the R9 290x runs

I dont review things very often, but i have been seeing all the hate/negative reviews on here and so i think i need to write a more positive one. It is true that most of the things in the negative reviews are real and people have good right to be frusterated and angry at how everything is going currently. I know it really pisses me off and i think its ♥♥♥♥ marketing on their part, as ill never buy another game from these guys without a real hard second look as to what im actually getting. All that aside though the game itself is an amazing game, there is nothing that compares to pubg in my opinion. As far as the bugs go i feel they have made a fair amount of progress. Sure everynow and then ill have to shoot someone 10+ times to get a kill, but that is very rare and stuff like that happens in almost every fps game.

Summary: If you want a game that is lots of fun that you can play by yourself or with friends, and you dont care about having the cooliest outfit and gun skins, then i deffinately would recommend this game. Especially with it only being 20$ right now. Its well worth it, and who knows maybe one day theyll get their head out of their a** and redo the reward system.
