If your game is giving you user error try doing what i did. Firstly, refund before starting. But if you wanna continue, here we go.
Firstly download the launcher from original site and try opening the game from steam.
If the error continues try looking to your antivirus program. Kaspersky did not let me open the game for 2 days so maybe its what you are dealing with.
I hope this helps and you get to play that bad optimised game. Me out
