I wish more women understood this about men:

THERE IS 10,000X MORE going on inside of a man's head than you may ever realize.
He's carrying burdens that you haven't the slightest clue about.
And he doesn't know how to express them.
He's not one-hundred percent sure what to do about them.
And past experiences have taught him that if he opens up and communicates it he'll just be SHOT DOWN.
He'll be called a FOOL, He'll be called WEAK.
So, he carries deep inside.
Most women have no clue as to the burdens ...and the HELL.
Most men are carrying inside that they never show you.
And, this is why we honor JUNE as Men's Mental Health Month.
From one brother to another.
