i cannot get nightmare mode because wasnt aware when i purchased DD that it wasnt included and then i was missing one component of the complete dlc and purchased it and it still will not let me do nightmare mode. Just had surgery so I'm always playing. can you help me with some nightmare modes so that i can collect mana and gear.
