Marathon is a solid PvPvE Extraction Shooter with a very unique art style. The graphical fidelity in this game is next level with solid performance to boot. The PvE is challenging and keeps you on your toes - I have died to the AI more times than I care to share.

The icing on the cake here is the signature Bungie gunplay, it is absolutely spectacular, and with the fast TTK it makes for an unforgiving but very rewarding gameplay loop.

It's exactly what we expected, the most enjoyable extraction shooter out right now. ARC Raiders has it all, a great gameplay loop, immersive and atmospheric environments, serious quality of life improvements over other extraction shooters on the market, and one of the friendliest (at the time of writing this) communities out of all the extraction shooters I've played. My friends and I can't stop playing this, even when we get absolutely clapped. The free loadout option is always available, the loadout itself has its own downsides (limited space, no safe pocket, limited loot capacity/weight limit, and often subpar starting weapons) but it means that you are never completely out of the game - Die multiple times in a row? no problem, load back in and scavenge using the free kit.

The third person might put a lot of people off, but its a refreshing change that adds immersion in its own way. in the words of Todd Howard "It just works".

If you are an extraction shooter fan, I highly recommend you give this a shot.

TLDR - Game Good.
