It's refreshing to clean your palate with a linear game that doesn't send you grinding for resources or climbing towers and chasing minimap icons to stretch out playtime. This is a psychological horror similar in theme to Hellblade: Senua's sacrifice, and it gets quite graphic at times, with scenes depicting disfigurement, dismemberment, self harm and all that. Don't buy it expecting much action or jumpscare galore, as it is more of a slow burn, but it is a great story nonetheless.
The graphics are nice, and there is a surprisingly in-depth (arguably even needlessly in-depth) photo mode with an old camera with various attachments where you develop pictures in a dark room and you will find a lot of different lenses and attachments to suit any situation.
The objectives are straightforward, the gameplay feels nice, the game doesn't overstay its welcome, i would definitely recommend it, but 30 dollars may be a bit much for a ~7 hour game and i wish they did more with this concept.
