Borderlands 4 is a strong return for the franchise. It balances old strengths, wild weapons, satisfying gun-play, new mechanics and better co-op support. But it’s not without its flaws. Technical issues are holding it back it's launch yesterday, the story isn’t super stellar thus far into the game, and parts of the world feel less vibrant than they deserve.

If you can tolerate some rough edges, or are willing to wait for patches, it’s worth diving in. I’d recommend keeping an eye on updates and monitoring user feedback for your specific hardware. But if it all lines up this could be one of the better entries in the Borderlands lineage.

EDIT: I do want to add that I am having a few issues despite running on an i9 14900K with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090FE but it doesn't make it too terrible overall. (I know my specs are in the 1% of gamers but I wanted to mention it just so you can see that even high end builds are having issues. Please take my experience with a grain of salt because there are some people not having the same issues I or you might be having.) I would say definitely wait for feedback from people after a few patches and see if it would be worth putting your time and money into this game :)

I really like this game so much, I think my only gripe for the time being is a lack of colourblind filters as my ass can NOT see certain things in game. That is all.

At the time of this review, I have 1.4 hours in this game. However, I have maybe a total of 200+ hours via xbox playtime as this game as well as Skyrim have so much replayability. One could appreciate a game that lets you spend hours screwing around with your character's face.

Stephen Hawken Simulator

Payday 2 is a well crafted bank robbing simulator. It has twenty-two DLCs so that means tons of updates, it also has it's own anti-cheat which is amazing. Lots of polite players but there are the few bad players that make it a terrible experience for new players. This is a game to play with friends so there is a successful heist.
I rate this an 8/8

Warframe has tons of features, such as pets, guns, killing enemys, more guns.
Replay-factor however, is a little low, takes forever to get materials to craft.
I rate this an 8/10
