Not gonna sugarcoat it I have skill issues

Played for almost 1k hours(PVE scenarios only).

This game has some really good and interesting concept like survival MMO with seasonal reset BUT it's poorly executed. Don't think of it as Rust or Dayz it actually feels more like MMO looter shooter without the looter part.

The good part:
- The base building part is pretty good. Lots of options and customizations but you'll have grind some paints and furnitures or buy them from other players.
- Material grind is pretty forgiving.
- Devs kinda listens to feedback.
- Pretty straight forward weapon and armor system. You just basically match which armor set bonus will benefit your weapon the most.
- Gameplay is pretty fun for a third person shooter kinda reminds me of The division. Works great with a controller too.
- Atmosphere is 10/10
- Never bothered with the lore and stuffs but world building seems nice. + Bonus if you're into Lovecraft.
- Not P2W but you'll have to invest a lot of time.
- QoL improvements overtime base on player feedbackd.

The bad part:
- Scenario duration is pretty short and IT TAKES A VERY LONG TIME for new contents to come making scenarios feels more repetitive and boring especially if you're into PVE only.
- They barely test new scenarios(Way of winter/Prismaverse clash). When they released new scenarios it was a mess. Full of bugs, unplayable lag, exploits, so many oversights.
- Endgame contents are pretty easy and not rewarding.
- Survival part feels nonexistent. Hunger and thirst doesn't punish you that much and it feels more like a hindrance.
- Specializations are GATED BY RNG. Do you want your profession to be a farmer in game? Well too bad you'll have to deal with RNG to get these bonus perks.
- Not much character customization if you're F2P most of the cosmetics are paid(free to play game duh)
- Report system is flawed and can be easily exploited. You can get muted for no reason if a group of players mass reported you.
- Their second PVE scenario barely have any content. It should've been a part of their first PVE scenario instead of splitting it up.

Overall it's a fun game especially when you're playing it for the first time. You'll start to see it's issues once you played long enough. If you're a new player and browsing reviews convincing yourself to play go pick it up around june-sept they'll be releasing new scenarios at that time frame if you're afraid of getting burned out from lack of contents like me.

The real 1.0 update is the friends we made along the way.

Bought the game on PS4 day one. Bought it on steam again for the DLC. 10/10
