There isn't any reason not to refund this game.

Absolutely no effort has been given porting the whole series. No option control, false advertised resolution and probably many other things will come out, but I won't pass 2 hours of gameplay to void the refund policy.
Looks like total garbage if you play it with Steam Remote Play on your 54 inch TV, how the game is actually supposed to be experienced,
Even with future updates I don't believe they will add resolutions higher than 1920x1080 and also I don't believe they will support 21:9 aspect ratio resolutions for widescreen monitors.
Basically the PCSX 2 emulator performs better, looks better and gives you more control over options, so if you already have an original copy of the game, don't bother buying this.
