Hello, this is Teddy, the construction manager at the building site in Vertigo. My workers have had to put all construction at a standstill because of a gentleman calling himself 'Jownah' hiding in one of the cranes with a long rifle. We've tried to get him down but he claims he is 'saving his A W P.' Does anyone know about this??
