NASIL YAPILIR : Fasulyeleri bir gece önceden ıslatın. Sabah bol suda yıkayıp haşlamak için tencereye alın.
Eti düdüklü tencerede haşlamaya alın.
İkisi de haşlandıktan sonra bir tencere içerisine sıvı yağı koyup soğanlar kavrulur. Soğanlar kavrulduktan sonra etler içerisine konur.
Biberler eklenip salça ilavesiyle kavrulmaya devam edilir.
Fasulye ve domates eklenip baharat ve tuzu konur.
Etin kalan suyunu ekleyip pişirmeye devam edilir.
