He’s the only Italian guy I know who puts pineapple on his pizza. He also likes Bolognese with ketchup — at least he’s pretty decent at PUBG.

Met this guy in Apex Legends, seemed chill, good comms, solid aim. We duo’d for weeks, climbing the ranks together, laughing at randoms, and pulling off some insane wins. Over time, we became good friends—always queuing up, always having a blast.

One day, he invited me to a gaming café for a small Apex tournament. Seemed like a great idea, so I went. We met up, everything was cool at first. Then, after our first match, he leaned in close and whispered, "You’re even cuter in person."

I laughed it off, thought he was joking. But then he grabbed my hand and wouldn’t let go. I pulled away, confused. "Come on, don't be weird," I said. That’s when he dropped the bomb: "By the way, I used to be a woman."

I froze. Not because he was trans, but because I suddenly remembered… he was the Wraith main who always baited me in fights.
